How does it work
We will give you a dedicated telephone number and when you want us to handle calls, you simply divert your phone to this number and all your calls will be taken by us. All calls will be answered in your company name so as far as the caller is concerned they are speaking to someone in your office.
We will then take a message & relay this to you via email, SMS or voicemail. If appropriate, we can divert the call to another number (eg your mobile). As far as the caller is concerned, they are talking to your receptionist.
